Liveblogging USA vs. Paraguay and Columbia

When the US men’s national team took Paraguay a few days back, Dthoughts and I had a wicked awesome commentary all set to lay on your minds, but then it turned out to be 30 pages of largely icoherent banter. Dual-blogging isn’t as easy as it looks.

Regardless, after falling 3-1 to the Guays the US will be back on the pitch tonight versus Columbia in a mini-consolation game before making a swift exit from the Copa America, much to the “irk” of Comnebol.

Tune in tomorrow for my running commentary of US-Columbia, which should be as interesting as a group match between two already eliminated teams has ever been! It should also be Kasey Keller’s last run-out for the US, so come by and pay your respects to the 7th-most-capped-player in US history.
